Deutsch: Wohnhaus in geschlossener Bebauung; 1798; von baugeschichtlicher und stadtentwicklungsgeschichtlicher Bedeutung.
1798 von Carl Gottlob Weißbach erbaut. Später im Besitz verschiedener Tuchmacher. Kleinstädtisches Wohnhaus in geschlossener Bebauung, Teil eines zeitgleich entstandenen Straßenzuges, zweigeschossiger Putzbau über sechs Achsen, mittiger Hauseingang mit Stichbogenportal und Schlussstein, dieser bezeichnet 1798, Satteldach, Schleppgaube. Im Inneren ursprünglich durchgehender Hausflur, rechts vom Flur eine Wohnstube, dahinter eine Arbeitsstube, links im Flur einläufige Treppe, neben dem Flur eine Stube und die Küche. Zeittypisches, gut erhaltenes Wohn- und Handwerkerhaus, Beispiel der Wohnhausbebauung um 1800, daher von baugeschichtlicher Bedeutung. Als Teil eines zeitgleich entstandenen Straßenzuges auch von stadtentwicklungsgeschichtlichem Wert. (LfD/2011).
