Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Egyptian goose, Pangbourne. On the south bank of the Thames beside Whitchurch Bridge. According to The RSPB, there are estimated to be 700 breeding pairs in Britain, mostly in East Anglia where it was introduced to ornamental ponds. There are also plenty in the Thames valley. I first saw them locally about twenty years ago.
