Description

Nederlands: KLOOSTERBOERDERIJ uit 1937-1941 behorende bij het complex St.Adelbertusabdij. De boerderij is opgetrokken in bruine baksteen op een U-vormige plattegrond rond een (oorspronkelijk open) hof, die later is overkapt. De boerderij bestaat uit een L-vormig bouwvolume (woonhuis en schuren) onder schilddaken en een rechthoekige bouwmassa (het bedrijfsgedeelte), onder een hoger schilddak met uileborden. De daken zijn gedekt met rode pannen. Er is een grote diversiteit aan vensters. De deuren in de zuid- en westgevel bezitten de stijlkenmerken van Kropholler: zij zijn getoogd, bezitten aan één zijde een natuurstenen aanzetsteen met vellingmotief en zijn voorzien van fors gesmeed geheng en beslag. De stal- en (getoogde) darsdeuren zijn eveneens voorzien van dit typische Kropholler geheng en beslag. Op de hoeken van de oostgevel van de boerderij staan forse getrapte steunberen.
