Description
Français : Les parties les plus anciennes de l'église remontent au 13e siècle. La nef, sans doute postérieure, a été remaniée plus tard, au 16e siècle. Au 19e siècle, les deux bas-côtés ont été supprimés et une sacristie appuyée contre le chevet. C'est un édifice à nef unique plafonnée, prolongée d'un choeur plus étroit d'une travée et d'un chevet circulaire, tous deux voûtés sur croisées d'ogives. Un clocher de charpente couvert en ardoise surmonte cette travée de choeur. Les toitures sont en ardoises pour la nef et en petites tuiles de pays pour le choeur. A l'intérieur, le soubassement de la travée de choeur porte une arcature sur colonnettes à chapiteaux de feuillage.(source : mérimée)
English: The oldest parts of the church date back to the 13th century. The nave, undoubtedly later, was reworked later, in the 16th century. In the 19th century, the two aisles were removed and a sacristy leaning against the bedside. It is a single coffered nave building, extended by a narrower choir of a span and a circular chevet, both vaulted on ogival crosses. A slate roofed steeple overcomes this choir span. The roofs are in slate for the nave and in small country tiles for the choir. Inside, the base of the choir span carries an arcature on columns with capitals of foliage. (Source: merimee)
