Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Former shop premises of Egginton News, on Westfield Lane, Mansfield. A narrow shop with a small frontal area stretching along the side facing Sainsbury's, with additional depth created by knocking-through to the adjacent former dwelling house providing extra sales and storage space. The newsagency and shop closed in 2004, after the Jacksons convenience stores group was sold to Sainsbury's, which started selling newspapers and magazines. Later the shop was used by a company providing waste management solutions and internet sales of industrial tools, equipment and protective clothing.
