Edward Townshend LOGAN, D.S.O. Lieutenant Colonel, Cheshire Regiment who fell gloriously at Loos 26th September 1915 in command of a battalion of the Durham Light Infantry. In grateful remembrance for his example. He resided with his wife at Christleton Bank near Chester and died at Sailley Labourse, France. He was the husband of Hilda Emma France
