Español: El Edificio Demetrio Elíades en el Bv. Marítimo Peralta Ramos y calle Olavarría. Ciudad de Mar del Plata, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Uno de los edificios más altos de Argentina en su momento (125 metros), es conocido como Edificio Havanna por poseer el logo de la empresa en su azotea.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
