English: A person watches the annular solar eclipse of October 14, 2023, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the Anderson Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum.Binoculars and telescopes can ONLY be used to look at the Sun or watch an eclipse when used with solar filters specially designed for that purpose.
