Description
English: Eastway Bridge, Hackney Cut Navigation The Hackney Cut provides a much improved route for navigation between the Rivers Leas and Thames, avoiding the shoals and bends of the lower Lea. When the cut was built, there was no bridge here, but now there srein effect three: the local road bridge, and on the far side of it, the dual carriageways of the A106. The land on the right here is part of the Olympics site.
