| Description | This picture has a story behind it. This was taken Saturday May 27 2023 and is the East fork of the Owyhee River in very part of southern Idaho. This part of the river is called the Tule’s. A friend of mine took a picture from here and I knew I had to go. It was a pretty good hike across the desert and down into a deep canyon. It rained for most of the walk. We made it to bottom of the canyon, set up camp, then it stopped raining. By the time we walked the additional half mile to the Tule’s the sun came out, just in time for this shot. What a great place in the world. I was so grateful to be able to see it and capture it so I could share it with you. |
