| Description |
English: East Usk Lighthouse Looking past the little lighthouse on the seawall at East Usk down the Bristol Channel. Steep Holm and Flat Holm can just be made out on the horizon to the right of the lighthouse.
The lighthouse lies in the Newport Levels National Nature Reserve. The reserve is on an area of former pulverised fuel ash dumped from the adjacent power station and has been created to compensate for SSSI land lost to the Cardiff Bay redevelopment. |
