English: East Plantation east of High Hunsley, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Taken from the South Cave to Walkington road, this is East Plantation. There are many tree lines like this on the Wolds, usually running north to south presumably planted to give protection from the prevailing westerly winds on the exposed elevated land. |
