| Description |
English: East Finchley Sorting Office. The sorting office on Market Place dates from 1901. It seems to be built in a mixture of styles - perhaps it was designed by a committee! There is a rather nice finial on the roof. Further back there is an iron chimney, (in front of the flats), presumably a relic from the original heating system. |
