Description The public toilet block off Osborne Road, East Cowes, Isle of Wight. The Isle of Wight Council had initially planned to close these toilets to save money as part of funding cuts by central government, however they were kept open and the toilets on the seafront were closed instead. Presumably these ones on Osborne Road have higher usage as they are closer to the town centre.
