Summary
[edit]DescriptionEarly for Christmas^ Or late^ - geograph.org.uk - 1006678.jpg |
English: Early for Christmas? Or late? Leaving your Christmas decorations up after 12th night is supposed to be unlucky. In this case Opus closed for Christmas 2006 and never reopened. The cars went, the pot plants died, the junk mail piled up, but the Christmas Tree continues to decorate the showroom. The Council has grand plans for redevelopment of the whole area, but they seemed to be stalled before the credit crunch - so now I suppose we are stuck with the eyesore for years more. |
