Early Saxon possible buckle plate.
Description
English: Early Anglo-Saxon incomplete rectangular object of thick copper-alloy sheet with one iron-filled rivet hole, decorated on one face with punched dots, single row along short edge, double row along both sides and zig-zag in centre. Very shiny patination. Possibly a buckle plate; compare long rectangular stamped examples from Morning Thorpe graves 333, 397 and 416, and Castledyke grave 43.

Width 15mm tapering to 14mm at break, length >24mm.
