Description
English: A chopping tool that has been unifacially flaked to create a cutting edge.

Much cortex remains so it can be comfortably held with gloss being present over much of the surface indicating use wear.

This tool is sub-oval in plan and plano-convex in section.

Butler (2005) illustrates a similar example on p115, fig46, 8 which dates to the Early Neolithic.
