Early Medieval girdle hanger
Description
English: Early Medieval girdle hanger fragment, copper alloy and consisting of part of the central shaft of the hanger with traces of the two axial projections. It is undecorated but for two faint incised lines down both edges on one face. The shaft has a rectangular section, 6.0 x 2.9mm and is 50.3mm long with a mass of 7.25g.
