Description
English: Buckle tongue/pin fragment of shield-on-tongue or fiddle-shaped type, possibly made from silver; crescent-shaped base-plate below which are side notches and then a sub-triangular element with concave edges and a carinated upper surface; the pin section has broken away; traces of iron corrosion from an attachment feature on the flat reverse as CDD 022.
