ESS-456BF5 Roman nail cleaner
Description
English: Roman damaged and incomplete cast copper alloy nail cleaner of Eckardt & Crummy 2b 'Baldock' type. The blade is leaf-shaped terminating in a double point at the tip. The head is at a right angle to the blade and has broken across the pierced suspension hole. Zig-zag grooves have been applied to the edges of the head. It is 41.34mm long, 7.17mm wide 1.86mm thick across the blade. 3.52mm wide, 6.30mm thick across the head. It weighs 2.65 grams.
