Description
Español: Está compuesto por tres blasones que contienen en si la historia de nuestro municipio, el primero y que ocupa la mitad del escudo sobre cielo azul celeste el CERRO BATERO abrazado por la bandera, símbolo natural de Quinchía y sol brillante que bordea su cima en forma de corona, abajo ocupando la tercera parte del escudo un SOCABON símbolo de la riqueza minera de la región y en el otro tercio el QUINCHO O CERCO palabra indígena que genera el nombre de Quinchía y sobre campo verde y dorado en forma irregular la palabra QUINCHÍA en cinta blanca como corona o remate del escudo.​ Diseño: Orlando Puerta
