Description
Deutsch: Blick vom Rand der Trenkelhofer Straße zum Wehr, etwa 200 m oberhalb der Nessemühle. Die Nesse wird durch das Wehr aufgestaut, der im Bildhintergrund erkennbare Mühlgraben erhält so das erforderliche Betriebswasser für die Mühle. Ab einem bestimmten Wasserstand fließt das überschüssige Wasser über die Wehrkrone in das natürliche Flußbett der Nesse ab, das im Bildvordergrund erkennbar ist. Für Wartungsarbeiten besitzt das Wehr eine seitlich angebrachte Schleuse (linker Bildrand), sodaß dem Mühlgraben das Wasser abgesperrt werden kann.
