Description
Deutsch: Das Haus Hörselstraße 22 in der Eisenacher Oststadt. Das bereits sanierte Haus bildet mit dem Nachbargebäude eine künstlerische Einheit. Die Fassade des 1938 errichteten Hauses zeigt eine allegorische Darstellung der Kunst, das Nachbarhaus die Darstellung des Handels. Dekorative geometrische Muster beleben einen weiteren Teil der Fassade. Als Auftraggeber trat die Gemeinnützige Baugenossenschaft mbH Ost-Eisenach in Erscheinung, der Malermeister Robert König kaufte das Haus; Architekt der beiden Häuser war Curt Mergenbaum.
