Description
English: Col. Jeremy Boenisch, 5th Combat Communications Group Commander, along with Lt. Gen. William J. Bender, Chief Information Officer, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, cut the ribbon during the opening ceremony for the new Combat Communications Engineering Integration Center located at Robins AFB, Georgia Oct. 19. Effective Sep. 26, 2016, the EIC was established as a central engineering and validation element for the modernization of combat communications units throughout the total force.
