English: Lt. Col. Johnny A. Evans Jr., commander of the 3rd Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment, talks to Maj. Gen. Duane Gamble, commander of the 21st Theatre Sustainment Command, about EAS (European Activity Set) turn in at Camp Adazi, Latvia, September 20, 2016. The EAS allows U.S. rotational forces in the region to move more quickly and easily to participate in training and exercises without having to bring all of their own equipment with them. 3rd Bn., 69th Arm. Rgmt., was in the region participating in Atlantic Resolve, a U.S. led effort being conducted in Eastern Europe to demonstrate U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and dedication to enduring peace and stability in the region.
