Description A U.S. Naval Reserve Grumman E-2C Hawkeye (BuNo 161097) from airborne early warning squadron VAW-88 Cottonpickers lands on the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN-68), 1 August 1992. In the background are a Grumman F-14A Tomcat from fighter squadron VF-301 Devil's Disciples, an F-14A from VF-302 Stallions, and a McDonnell Douglas F/A-18B Hornet from strike fighter squadron VFA-305 Lobos. All aircraft were assigned to Reserve Carrier Air Wing 30.
