Description
Русский: Посёлок Двуречная (Харьковская область Украины) после российского обстрела поселкового совета 23 февраля 2023 года. Во время аварийно-спасательных работ повторным обстрелом повреждена техника спасателей.
English: Dvorichna (Kharkiv region of Ukraine) after Russian shelling of the settlement council on 23 February 2023. During rescue operations the shelling repeated and damaged equipment of the Emergency service.

Куп'янський район: повторний обстріл під час ліквідації наслідків ворожої атаки призвів до пошкодження техніки ДСНС

23 лютого близько 10-ї ранку ворог здійснив обстріл по смт. Дворічна Куп’янського району області. Внаслідок влучання ракети було зруйновано 4-х поверхову будівлю адміністрації селищної ради. Також горіли конструктивні елементи будівлі.
До місця події виїхали рятувальники на 2-х автоцистернах та 4-х спеціальних аварійно-рятувальних автомобілях (САРМ). По прибуттю з’ясувалось, що під завалами в підвалі знаходяться тіла двох жінок. Рятувальники одразу приступили до розбору конструкцій. Під час проведення робіт сталася ціла серія повторних обстрілів. Окупанти прицільно били по рятувальникам. В наслідок обстрілу було пошкоджено 4 одиниці техніки ДСНС. Особовий склад не постраждав. Аварійно-рятувальні роботи призупинено.

За попередньою інформацією постраждав чоловік місцевий мешканець, який під час обстрілу перебував поряд з будівлею.
