English: Portrait of Charles Felix of Savoy (1765-1831)
Italiano: Ritratto di Carlo Felice duca del Genevese, figlio di Amedeo III di Savoia. Il dipinto arriva nel Palazzo Reale di Torino nel 1930 proveniente da quello di Milano, ove era giunto da Parma nel 1865. La provenienza parmense farebbe pensare ad uno dei ritratti commissionati a Domenico e Giuseppe Duprà per essere spediti a Don Filippo duca di Parma. Nelle Schede Vesme (v. II, 1966, p. 441) è riportato un pagamento del 1767 ai due pittori "per due ritratti del Duca del Genevese, per essere regalati d'ordine di S. A. R. alla nodrice del Duca del Genevese". |
