Duplexer VHF with tunable filters from Cell Wave

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This duplexer is a set of tunable filters allowing connection to the same antenna (middle connector: ANT.)

- a transmitter between 160.7 MHz and 161.1 MHz (left connector: TRANS.) and - a receiver between 165.7 MHz and 166.1 MHz (right connector: REC.). To have an effective filtering, one uses resonant cavities with high overvoltage in brass coupled in series and whose size is of the order of a quarter of the wavelength. Plunging rods allow precise tuning and respect the impedance adaptations. Celwave is a brand of Radio Frequency Systems RFS which was absorbed by Alcatel and which still exists in several countries including France in Lannion and Trignac. RFS ranks 2nd in the world and has a long history that begins with insulated wires in 1900 and then by the development of many generations of coaxial cables for very high frequencies. Complete antenna systems are developed, manufactured and marketed and include antennas, cables and all filtering, coupling and protection devices.

The current markets are mobile telephony, defence, radio and television broadcasting.
