English: Down freight passing Dunstall Park station. View SE, towards Wolverhampton (Low Level), Birmingham (Snow Hill) etc.; ex-GWR Birmingham etc. - Shrewsbury - Chester main line. Dunstall Park station was closed 4/3/68, the main line trains from Shrewsbury etc. having been diverted from 6/3/67 onto the ex-LMS main line, following electrification of the latter. The locomotive on the Class H freight is one of the original Churchward '2800' 2-8-0s, No. 2812 |
