Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Dune at the eastern end of the Leys Beach, Aberthaw. The dune marks the far end of the former estuary of the Thaw. It affords protection for a shallow lagoon between it and the cliffs behind it. The area is a Site of Scientific Interest (SSSI)primarily because of the presence of two rare species of flatworm in the area.
