Description
English: A 1915 portrait of Lieutenant Duncan Innes Murray-Menzies of The Black Watch, who was killed in action in France on 22nd August 1917, and was posthumously awarded the Military Cross. His brother, Clive William Murray-Menzies, was also commissioned in The Black Watch and was killed in action in 1915.
