Summary
[edit]DescriptionDun above Loch Glashan - geograph.org.uk - 328465.jpg |
English: Dun above Loch Glashan This is a large and well-preserved dun, or stone fort, above what is now the artificial Loch Glashan. The dun is approximately 15m on an internal diagonal and has evidence of well-coursed walls below the collapsed stones. The small tower structure, only about 1.5m high and visible in the left of the picture, appears to stand by the entrance to the enclosure. |
