English: A dump truck delivers sand to volunteers as flood water from the Missouri River threatens the communities surrounding Bean Lake, Mo., June 24, 2010. After weeks of heavy rains, Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon declared a state of emergency June 21, 2010, putting the National Guard on standby.
