Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Dudley No 2 Canal Viewed in the direction of Blackbrook. The small bridge to the right was placed there during the opencast mining of Netherton Hill. It has been given the name of Cattle Bridge but I can't understand why. Any cattle from here could have been taken out by the gate at Blackbrook Road. However there was once a house at the side of the cast iron bridge and the family who lived there were named Kettle. So?
