Description Melbourne Global climate strike on Sep 20, 2019 had well over 100,000 people attending in Treasury Gardens and a 1.2km march through the streets of Melbourne, being the largest climate protest in Australia to date, and rivalling the anti-war protests in 2003 and the Vietnam Moratorium in 1970.
