| Description |
English: Dry stone wall from edge of Nobleston Wood. From near the summit of Pappert Hill, a dark path leads eastwards through the woods. Where the path emerges into daylight, a stile (1069167) crosses a fence that bounds the edge of the woods. From this point, a dry stone wall runs ENE for about 400 metres. The photograph was taken from the western end of the wall; its eastern end is close to the site of an ancient cist: 915099. |
