Description
Dansk: Illustration af Poul Steffensen til Carit Etlars roman Dronningens Vagtmester, der foregår under den Anden Karl Gustav-krig i 1658-1660. Ib Abelsøn planlægger at hjælpe adelskvinden Elsebeth Buchwald og hendes familie med at flygte fra svenskerne på Gjorslev Slot. Den onde Kulsoen har imidlertid fundet ud af Ib Abelsøns plan, men hendes søn Palle vil hellere hjælpe Ib Abelsøn. De mødes i skoven, hvor Kulsoen hurtigt regner ud, at Palle har noget for. Mens de går fortæller han hende, at han har skjult en pakke sølvtøj i Ib Abelsøns hytte. Kulsoen bliver begærlig og opdager ikke, at det er løgn.
English: Illustration by Poul Steffensen from the Danish novel Dronningens Vagtmester by Carit Etlar which takes place during the Dano-Swedish War in 1658-1660. Ib Abelsøn plans to help the noblewoman Elsebeth Buchwald and her family to flee from the Swedes at the Gjorslev castle. The evil Kulsoen however has figured out the plan of Ib Abelsøn but her so Palle would rather helps Ib Abelsøn. They meets in the forest where Kulsoen notice quickly figures out that Palle is on to something. At they walks he tells her how he has hidden a package with silverware in the hut of Ib Abelsøn. Kulsoen becomes eager and doesn't notice that it is a lie.
