English: Dromore Methodist Church - side view This poorly planned shot shows Dromore Methodist Church on the Maypole Hill. The house to the left is the rectory. Methodism arrived in the town in 1779 - some 41 years after Wesley founded the movement. The building seen here was constructed in 1871 and sits opposite the Roman Catholic chapel of St. Colman. |
