Description
English: On the beautiful landscapes of Northeast China (Resource: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northeast_China) and the peak of East China ( Resource: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_China), there is one climate - Temperate Oceanic Monsoon located there, which covers the peninsulas of Liaodong and Shandong (Resources: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liaodong_Peninsula; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shandong_Peninsula. Why did I put the term 'Oceanic' here? The two peninsulas have the similar situation - leading the humid vapours from their three sea-facing sides. Cause they are 'inserted' into sea and low & rolling hills made them easily guide rainy vapours into their internal parts , they are much more humid than other places with continental climates. This sense was made both from theoretical reasoning for producing new knowledge and from the empirical participant-observation of living there from Childhood). This climate has contributed to diverse types of temperate fruits and vegetable's growths and harvests. Among those, one kind of beautifully tasted fruit - red and sweet apple has listed on the top of my recommends - such as Red Fuji Apple (my most favourite one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuji_(apple) ) and Golden Marshal etc.

Yes, I was born in a ordinary Chinese family living here for long-time; naturally, my mother's hometown was also located here - Gaizhou of Liaodong peninsula (Resource: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaizhou). This place is rich in living resources - plants and animals. However, limited by the transportations, the material economy needed to be deeply and further explored, researched and produced. In another perspective, as Gaizhou is in one area of the significantly important parts in Northeast Area Revitalization Plan (Resource: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northeast_Area_Revitalization_Plan), the rich agriculture resources should get the opportunities to be deeply explored for better farmers' lives, according to national plan. The farmers here, as my uncles and aunts, have been making the hard-working on the earth during all their generations from one to the next. They are somehow self-sufficient - making the productions for their own applications. If materials are enough for daily lives, they would be very happily living. As the picture shown, the pieces of apple are from last year's harvest. Indeed, harvests should be the most happy moments of the year; but the demands of the apples' self-eating are limited, meanwhile, the market's demands aren't enough to meet the balance. In order not to waste these apples, my uncle and aunt have gotten a good idea from nature: 1. Cut apples into small pieces; 2. Dry them by shining under the sunlight; 3. Clear the dusts from them; 4. Store them underground for long-time applications They had also innovated several pathways for eating them: 1. dipping into boiled water and drinking the nourishing water with the vitamins and plaints' proteins absorbed; 2. Making apple wine; 3. Cooking them into dishes and soups. They can also be applied into sharing with other relatives and friends as the gifts.(. when their relatives like us were visiting them) As the simple and honest farmers, how they are wishing they could earn much money from them and rich their lives through trading the materials given from earth and determined by sky. We believed that blessed materials- resources can enrich life with various new opportunities. Eating the sweet apple pieces on the table, I am thinking:

as a Post-Marxist learner, Postmodernist and Post-theological learner in Postgraduate era, what I can do might be so few that some introductions would be helpful for international citizens all around the worlds to know much more about some treasures as Dried Apple Pieces. Hoping it would also increase our university - Wikiversity's practical data and the new knowledge. Thanks
