Description
English: Proserpina, Pluto and Sleep are shown at right seated upon a platform, with the Fates standing behind them. Proserpina extends a branch toward a girls lead to her by Death, a bearded man with a bat upon his head and his name “VS” upon his right sleeve. A man supporting a dead woman comes from left; a boy clings to him. Others come to perform sacrifices. The setting is the hall of the Underworld, lighted by lamps. Other parts of the Underworld with a wheel of torture are shown in the background.
