English: Vertical composition of a woman in classical attire, pointing to a medallion with the head of a man, while looking over her shoulder at Cronus on the left. Cronus holds an hour glass and a book. A youth stands at the right with his left arm stretch upward and holding a laurel wreath in his right hand. The bottom margin reads 'F. Giani. in. del. 1785" over an erased signature with the same date: "G. M. inc."
