Description
English: A high parapet connects opposite pilasters of a church nave. It is interrupted by a door opening in which two men stand carrying books. Over the door are a paper scroll entwined with a garland and a broken pediment in which the bust of a man stands before an ovoidal niche. A stylishly clad young man looks up to the last. Bordering line at the bottom; underneath: the plan and the scale: “Scala di Palmi….Dieci Romani.”
