Description
English: Horizontal format design for a square plaster ceiling. The scheme is that of a cupola shown from below. Segments are shown at the four sides. In the corners are octagons containing disks. The spherical octagon stands upon oblique sides. These parts of the octagon show candelabra topped by palmettes. In the center is a circular frame. Festoons hang from the curved sides of the spherical octagon. Framing strip near the edge.
