Description
English: Design for a polyhedron column with thin red stripes articulating the upper portion and geometric designs in red and blue articulating the lower portion. Affixed to the front of the column, three-fourths of the way up, is a large golden circle with a red and blue border, which is surmounted by an eagle. The whole structure is surmounted by a green, rounded urn shaped form and rests upon a two part base, the upper portion with yellow vertical panels with geometric inserts of red and green and the lower portion in solid red.
