Description:

Ce drapeau de service du Reich, dont la forme définitive fut adoptée en 1935, pouvait être utilisé par toutes les autorités administratives publiques, autant que sur les chemins de fer de l'Etat, les autoroutes et la banque nationale ; il pouvait donc flotter sur les bâtiments (chancellerie du Reich), voies naviguables, vaisseaux de haute-mer, véhicules de service... Mais jamais conjointement avec le drapeau national. Les cordes pour le hisser ont été coupées.

Description iconographique:

Fond rouge, svastika noir - droit et non en mouvement - sur disque blanc, aigle à croix gammée dans le coin supérieur gauche.
