Handwritten record of sales of lands lying east and west of the Cuyahoga river, of the four allotted towns, and of the remaining part of the townships in the Western Reserve. Contains names of proprietors, amount of purchase, and location of lot. Includes also promissory note dated May 21st, 1796, signed Calvin Austin; business account of Calvin Austin with William Edwards, dated Warren, Jan 1st, 1812. Survey of north part of lot no. 6 in Warren, surveyed for Calvin Austin by Joshua Henshaw, surveyor. Map showing deed of certain lots by Calvin Austin. Signed by Elihu Spencer.
