Description
English: During my observership program in Japan, I had the privilege of meeting Junichiro Toya, the director of Sakurashinmachi Urban Clinic. Mr. Toya is a leading service provider in geriatric care, renowned for his innovative approaches and dedication to improving the quality of life for the elderly.

At Sakurashinmachi Urban Clinic, I had the opportunity to observe their advanced practices in both geriatric and palliative care. The clinic's comprehensive and compassionate approach sets a high standard for elder care, and the interaction with their dedicated team provided valuable insights that will greatly benefit our services at Aastha Centre.

The knowledge gained from this experience, including the innovative palliative care services, will be implemented to enhance our programs and support for the geriatric population. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and look forward to integrating these best practices into our care models.
