| Description |
English: Downland near Mill Hill The farm track on the right leads to Buckingham Barn. The downland to the right in the picture was once the Southdowns golf course which closed in 1939 to return the land to agriculture for the duration of the war but was never reopened after. The house in the distance is New Erringham Farm whilst the small community and radio masts on Truleigh Hill can just be made out in the distance. |
