Description

the bottom of the steps at the end of the Herron Ave Bridge, technically the intersection of Herron Ave and Downing St.

There's a piece of plywood on that first landing because the concrete has crumbled away. Kind of disappointing because it was fun having to jump over the big hole that was there...
